Join me on this unforgettable photographic workshop to Kenya.
During this safari we will visit the incredible Amboseli National Park and also the world famous hides at Shompole. These hides are so popular that they book out over a year in advance and we have space in the peak dry season to maximise the photographic opportunities.
I will be co-hosting this safari with friend and fellow guide Valentin Lavis.
These hide sessions offer us incredible opportunities to get low angle photographs in both golden hours and also during the night with special lighting set ups.

Andrew Macdonald offers curated photographic safaris for those seeking deeper, more meaningful wildlife experiences. These journeys are crafted for photographers who value quality over quantity, where time in the field is unhurried, access is considered, and every location is chosen with purpose. With an emphasis on light, composition, and animal behaviour, guests are guided through each sighting with a refined, hands-on approach designed to elevate both their imagery and their understanding of the wild.
